Keeping Going When You Hit Your First Loss Streak

Days 1-7: Run a small test spend (A 00-400). Track CTR, CPA, repeat rate. If CTR is under 0.4%, pause and test a new creative. If CTR is good but CPA is 10x your margin, the audience is wrong — narrow targeting.
Days 8-21: If CTR and repeat rate look decent, increase daily spend to A 0-30/day. Do not expect profitability yet. You are building signal data for Meta's algorithm.
Days 22-35: By now, Meta has 10-15 conversions to optimize on. You should see CPA drop 20-30% from week 1. If it hasn't, the product is not viable. If it has, increase spend to A$40-50/day.
Days 36-45: ROAS should be approaching 1.2-1.5x break-even. If it's not here by day 45, cut losses.
