Now you need a single document that stitches it all into a 90-day operational plan — week by week, with kill gates, scale triggers, and the exact deliverables that separate operators who launch from operators who research forever.

This lesson consolidates everything from Module 1 into a single executable plan. Print it, pin it, and check off each week as you go.
Phase 1 — Foundation (Days 1-14)
Week 1: Infrastructure
- Day 1-2: Market decision locked (Lesson 1.3). Business structure chosen (Module 9).
- Day 3-4: Shopify trial started. Lean app stack installed (Lesson 1.4). Domain purchased.
- Day 5-6: Stripe + PayPal connected. Meta Business Manager created, domain verified, CAPI installed.
- Day 7: Product research sprint — 20-product shortlist via seven signals (Lesson 1.5).
Week 2: Product Selection + Store Build
- Day 8-9: Narrow shortlist to top 3 using type-fit (Module 2) and velocity (Module 2).
- Day 10-11: Pick ONE product. Build the product page. AIDA copy, 5-10 images, 2 videos.
- Day 12-13: Trust pages live (About, Contact, Refund, Shipping, Privacy).
- Day 14: Ad creative produced — 3-5 static variants + 1 video. Campaign built in Meta. GO LIVE.
Phase 2 — Validation (Days 15-30)
Week 3: First Data
- Run ads at $30-50/day. Do NOT panic on day 1-3 (algorithm calibration).
- Day 17-18: First creative review. Kill sub-1% CTR variants. Promote winners.
- Day 19-21: Add 2-3 new creative variants. Test different hooks.
Week 4: Decision Gate
- Pull your contribution margin. Compare actual vs projected (Lesson 1.1).
- Gate A (CM positive, ROAS > 1.4): SCALE. Move to Phase 3.
- Gate B (CM near zero, ROAS 1.0-1.4): Creative refresh. 5 new variants. One more week.
- Gate C (ROAS < 0.9 after 14 days): KILL. Start product #2 from shortlist. Return to Day 8.
Phase 3 — Scale or Pivot (Days 31-90)
Weeks 5-8: Controlled Scaling
