Block it on your calendar. No emails. No Slack. No Meta. Just you and Revenue Dashboard.

Segment 1: P&L Review (15 minutes)

Open Revenue Dashboard.

Ask:

Did we hit our profit target last week?
Is profit up, flat, or down vs. the week before?
Which products contributed positive profit? Which were negative?
What was the blended ROAS? Is it above 1.8 (scale territory) or below 1.5 (decline territory)?

Output: One-line note. Example: "Week 27: A ,850 profit (target A
