Questions dtc brands ask

Can’t find your answer? Email support and a human replies.

  • Yes, once it is indexed; Add shop in the directory pulls a domain’s Meta ads in. Your own store page then shows what we hold about you, including the Similar shops tab, which is the quickest way to see who the directory thinks you compete with.

  • From the store’s public products feed and collection pages. Counts are counts; a capped walk is reported as a lower bound; best sellers are shown only when the storefront’s best-selling order could be verified.

  • Traffic, no: we do not hold measured traffic and will not display a modelled figure as if it were one. Ads, catalog, pixels, socials and stack are read from public surfaces and labelled.

  • The cap depends on your plan and is printed on the tracked page as N of cap. Untracking frees the slot immediately.
